Project objectives:

  1. To identify the degree of physical and mental well-being among employees;
  2. Determine the degree of imbalance in the nutrition of workers in the conditions associated with the production and processing of salts for the detection of metals;
  3. Substantiate the composition of dry composite mixtures based on mare’s milk with targeted detoxifying and antioxidant properties;
  4. Organize the production of pilot batches of dry composite mixtures based on dry mare’s milk;
  5. Conduct an assessment of the clinical effectiveness of dry composite mixtures based on mare’s milk under production conditions;
  6. Develop a technology to reduce the impact of harmful and (or) hazardous production factors on the body of workers in contact with salts of heavy metals.

The duration of the research topic is from 04/20/2018 to 11/01/2020.

  1. “Genotyping of pathogenic microorganisms in food raw materials and food products sold in the markets and supermarkets of the Republic of Kazakhstan, development of recommendations to reduce the risk of morbidity in children of preschool and school age” state registration number 0118RK01013, program code – AP05131147. Agreement of the Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 320 dated March 30, 2018

Research objectives:

  1. Determine the current state of food contamination with zoonotic infections;
  2. Determine the microbiological characteristics (serotypes and biotypes) of the isolated strains of Salmonella;
  3. To characterize the properties of Salmonella strains isolated in food products using DNA analysis and genotyping of pathogenic microorganisms;
  4. To present a characteristic of the properties of Salmonella strains isolated from clinical material taken from sick children of school and preschool age using DNA analysis and genotyping methods, in comparison with strains isolated from food;
  5. Develop methodological recommendations for the population and food producers in order to reduce the prevalence of infectious diseases among children of school and preschool age and improve the epidemiological situation in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  6. Determine the main directions of prevention among children of school and preschool age (in the improvement of epidemiological surveillance) of salmonellosis.

  1. “Industrial production of specialized chocolate for dietary nutrition based on mare’s milk.” Project No.-No. 0313-17-GK, Agreement of JSC “Science Fund” of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the provision of a grant for the commercialization of the results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities No. 455 dated 11/17/2017.

Project objectives:

  1. Preparation of production facilities intended for the organization of the production line.
  2. Development of standards and HACCP systems in production.
  3. Purchase of technological equipment for the production of dietary chocolate.
  4. Purchase of technological equipment for the production of dry mare’s milk by spray drying
  5. Installation and launch of technological equipment for the production of dietary chocolate and mare’s milk powder.
  6. Search for suppliers of raw materials and consumables for production.
  7. Release of pilot batches of dietary chocolate.
  8. Carrying out marketing research at the sales stage.
  9. Sale of chocolate based on mare’s milk in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the CIS countries with subsequent entry into the international market.

The duration of the research topic is from 11/17/2017. until November 10, 2020.

  1. “Development of natural nutritional standards for persons receiving special social services in medical and social institutions (organizations) of the system of social protection of the population, as well as guidelines for organizing meals in medical and social institutions (organizations) of the system of social protection of the population.” Agreement 2022-000s/a dated 11/24/2022 between LLP “NGO Kazakh Academy of Nutrition” and UNDP.

Project objectives:

  1. Development of a draft order;
  2. Preparation and support of the draft legal acts at the stage of scientific anti-corruption expertise;
  3. Interaction, coordination with interested state bodies, the national chamber of entrepreneurs “Atameken”, the public council of the MLSPP, on the draft NLA in the field of providing special social services;
  4. Preparation of the necessary materials (including justifications, explanations, economic calculations, requests, presentation materials) related to the developed draft NLA;
  5. Assistance in the preparation of the necessary materials within the framework of the developed draft NLA for consideration by the republican budget commission, interdepartmental commissions, including those on legislative activities.
  6. Carrying out a comparative calculation of the cost of a daily set of products of existing and proposed (recommended) natural nutritional standards.
