She has experience in the City Cardiology Center, the National Center for the Formation of a Healthy Lifestyle, the Republican Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Has membership in the International Organization Health technology assessment international.
She is a permanent member of the Dissertation Council of KazNMU.

Kuralbay Kurakbaev is the author of patents on the development and author’s works, monographs and more than 200 scientific works published in international and Republican medical universities. Members of the Republican and regional headquarters on information and explanatory work on compulsory social and medical insurance (OSMS) from 2018, members of the public advisory council of OSMS from 2020, members of the board of Veterans of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2021. He was awarded the honorary certificate of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1995), the badges “outstanding healthcare worker of the USSR”, “outstanding healthcare worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (1997) and “for his contribution to the healthcare industry” (2004), the Jubilee Medal of the 20th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2011), the 30th anniversary of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2021), Kurmet Order (2013).
She has a higher education in “Financial Management” and “Foreign Language”.
From 1991 to 1993 she studied in clinical residency on specialty “Internal Medicine”.
From 1993 to 2007 she worked as an assistant at the Department of Propaedeutics of Internal Medicine. For more than 10 years she was responsible for teaching foreign students and maintaining documentation in English at the department.
From 2007 to 2012, she worked as the head of the department of innovative technologies and monitoring the quality of education, the Center for Continuous Professional Development and Research in Education.
From 2012 to 2017, she worked as the Vice-Rector for Quality and Continuing Education at SMU Semey. The topic of her PhD thesis on specialty 14.00.33 Public Health “Organizational approaches to improving staff training in a medical university”.
In October 2017, she was appointed vice-rector for academic activities of S. Asfendiyarov KazNMU.
Since 2005, has been trained on the organization of pre-diploma and post-diploma medical education, accreditation in Israel, UK, Denmark, Malaysia.
Graduated from Karaganda State University named after E.A.Buketov. From 1996 to 1999, she studied at the postgraduate program of E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University. In 1999 she was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. 2014 – 2016. – Head of the Department of “Management and Marketing in Healthcare and Pharmacy”. Since 2018 is an associate professor of the Department of “Health Policy and Management”.
Methodological work. Developer of educational programs of bachelor’s degree “Management” and master’s degree of scientific and pedagogical direction “Management” “Management in healthcare”, MBA/EMBA “Management in healthcare” in KazNMU named after S.D.Asfendiyarov.
She is a developer and expert of the National Test Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development and examination of entrance test tasks in the master’s degree program on OP “Management in Public Health”, “Nursing”.
