The advanced training “Issues of independent examination of medical services’ quality” was organized by Department of Public Health and Health Care on April 1-27, 2019 in the amount of 216 hours. The training was given for 28 scientific, educational and administrative staff of University.

Leading specialists and experienced healthcare organizers were involved to lectures and seminars. Thus, professor E.A. Abylkasymov, a member of supervisory board, doctor of medical sciences, gave a general review of the state and prospects of health development. The head of Center on Continuing Professional Education, MD, professor K.K. Kurakbayev reported about assessment of medical care’s quality in compulsory social health insurance’s conditions. General Director of ExpertZdravServis LLC, E.G. Knyazev presented the Russian experience of implementing and evaluating the quality management system in medical organizations. A.R. Manapbaeva, the head of Department of medical care quality’s monitoring of OSMS branch in Almaty. V.A. Krementsov, well-known lawyer, gave the rules of medical services’ examination. S.U. Umarova, associative professor of Department of Internal diseases’ propedeutics, accredited independent expert familiarized with examples from her own expert practice. The training was also attended by the head and staff of Department of Public Health and Health care.

At the end of training, the trainees praised its organization and usefulness.
