The Guest lecture of Almaz Sharman who is a honourable professor of KAZNMU which is named after S.D.Asfendiyarov, the member of the American Public Health Association, on the subject “Personal Medicin is a New Paradigm of Health Care”.

On 22 September took place a guest lecture of professor Almas Sharman on the subject “Personal Medicine is a New Paradigm of Health Care” for the students of V years from the faculty “Public health care” and the II years students from the faculty of “General medicine” which was organized by the Department of Nurtrition.

The lecture was provided with the information about the new perspectives of medical data bases which allow to create new tools important for clinicians to understand the nature of diseases, their early diagnosis, prevention, treatment and prognosis.

Professor explained that this is a real orientation in modern medicine which is directed on patients, dignity and individual preferences, intolerance for low standards of medical care, intolerance to unsafe practices.

All students listened to the lecture with interest and after the lecture they were asked.
